Our easy web updates management system

  • We keep a time sheet for you, which is available to you online at all times.  It’s totally transparent.
  • You simply email or phone us anytime with an update and you’ll receive priority service.
  • As soon as we receive your request to make an update to your website, we will ensure that any minor changes, updates, revisions and fixes are completed right away.  Usually done on the same day.
  • One of the great advantages of our easy time sheet system, is you can contact us anytime to make small or large updates.  We simply complete the updates for you and add the time taken to your time sheet.
  • We charge in 10 minute blocks which is great value.
  • You are welcome to view your time sheet at any time so you can see exactly what has been done and how long it took to complete.
  • Often for major updates we provide a quote first.  That way the client never gets surprised with larger than expected billings.
  • We bill at the end of each month for web updates and support.  Sometimes for small amounts that do not reach the threshold, we let it roll over to the next month.
